I Am Having A "picking" Sensation In My Chest. It

I am having a "picking" sensation in my chest. It only lasts for a couple of seconds at a time but has been happening for a few weeks. I am on blood pressure medication that causes upper respiratory tract issues - could the picking sensation be from that?
