I Am Having A Problem With Constipation.....I Was Prescribed 2

I am having a problem with constipation.....I was prescribed 2 medications that I started taking yesterday,
Zofran and Emend ( I was just recently diagnosed with breast cancer)....I took some Metamucil earlier
this morning and nothing yet....I am so uncomfortable
