I Am Having A Really Bad Chest Pain Each Time

I am having a really bad chest pain each time I eat or drink anything. It can last up to an hour or sometimes two after eating. I currently do not have health insurance and do not want to go to the emergency room unless it absolutely necessary, however, it is really bothering me a lot.
