I Am Having A Skin Tag Removed And A Fistulatomy/possible

I am having a skin tag removed and a Fistulatomy/possible Seton Placement on Tuesday scared to death and only took 1 week off of work. What is the time frame to heal if I do everything right/ diet sitz bath plenty of water etc. I need to get back to work in 1 week.
