I Am Having A Slight Problem Breathing. I Would Be

I am having a slight problem breathing. I would be out of breath sitting or moving and has started since Sunday and been getting slightly worse since. I haven't had a cold and am not sure about a fever or chills because I work in a office space were the a/c is broke or blasting so often at times I am taking on and off my jacket a lot through out the day just siting at my desk. When I take a deep breath and breath all the way out I hear a watery crackling sounds. Plus I have been dry coughing with no mucus or liquid but I feel like I am breathing with 1 lung. I am unsure rather to go to the urgent care or ER, since I can't see my PCP until May 27 and I don't like going to the ER but would like an physician opinion, since this is becoming increasingly problematic as the days go on. Am currently not taking any medications other than my albuterol inhaler which I have been using but with no help. My history am 27yr old F with asthma(haven't used inhaler till this and before not since 2010), pneumonia 3x, Pulmonary embolism 2010 December, Acute promyelocytic leukemia April 2011-November 2011 (currently in remission). I would think its pneumonia again but each time I had it, the symptoms were different. So actually very unsure that's the case. Either way do I go to the Urgent Care or ER? Thank you and sorry for long explanation.
