I Am Having A Tender Scalp ? After A Stiff

I am having a tender scalp ? after a stiff neck of several days I think it is part of an allergic reaction similar like gout because of something I ate several days ago. I have had this gout like condition before, in different joints, brought on by a food, over the years. But never this tender scalp.
