I Am Having A Terrible Pain On My Right Side

I am having a terrible pain on my right side I went to the Er they did scat scan, chest x ray blood test, urine test. they gave antibiotics but the pain is still there.They also did another test with iodine thru the scat scan looking for blood clots but they found nothing. could it b appendicitis?
