I Am Having A Twitch In Left Side Of Lower

I am having a twitch in left side of lower lip past 3 days .mild headache as well as much anxiety about this.i had brain mri for another issue 4 mths ago. Basically normal.monday i had ears cleaned by ent.the twitch began tuesday.very scared.thank you.
