I Am Having A Twitching Movement In My Upper Stomach

I am having a twitching movement in my upper stomach just below my rib cage. its right in the middle I guess where my stomach begins? I feel it moving a lot. should I be concerned? I have had pancreatitis twice and its almost in the same area that would hurt if I did have a flare. It don't hurt me but its constantly moving. its like a flutter / twitching movement.
