I Am Having A Warming Sensation That Feels Like I

I am having a warming sensation that feels like I have urinated on myself even though I haven't. What could this be? It's the same sensation that you get when they give you a iodine I.V. before a M.R.I. or CAT scan. I cant remember the exact procedure that causes that sensation but I have been having it frequently.
