I Am Having A Warming Sensation That Makes Me Feel

I am having a warming sensation that makes me feel like I have urinated on myself even though I haven't. It feels like the sensation that you get when they give you iodine in an I.V. before a M.R. I or CAT scan. I cant remember which. What could be causing it.
