I Am Having Abdominal Tenderness And Bloating. I Also Have

I am having abdominal tenderness and bloating. I also have pelvic pain and pressure when urinating. I am unable to eat or drink without abdominal pressure. I had a CT abd pelv which showed no issues other than large stool in colon unobstructive, fibroid tumor, and small bowel stasis. Also, I did a urine sample and no infection but high bilirubin in urine had labs but those haven't come back yet for that. Also, have low grade fever and fatigue.
