I Am Having Abnormal Cycles, Sometimes It Doesn't Come Other

I am having abnormal cycles, sometimes it doesn't come other times it can last anywhere from 7-17 days. With heavy bleeding. I have noticed light skin pigmentations on my body. I have now began to lose my hair. I am a 35 year mother of 3 girls(c-section births with all). With my last pregnancy I was exposed to HPV. That was in 2012. It was never medically treated. My doctor said there was no need to because they started going away on their own. I have a family history of cancer. My maternal grandmother has had throat, colon and breast cancer. I am currently a smoker about 2 packs a week.
