I Am Having Absolutely Totally Severe Sharp Pains All Through

I am having absolutely totally severe sharp pains all through my upper back and they are severe and my chest is very tight and I can barely take a deep breath or when I try to move a couple inches forward or over a little bit it's severe pain in my upper back and my chest heart area it just flared up all of a sudden out of nowhere when I got to work today I didn't do any movement to cause it that it is very severe and I never ever ever have paid of any kind of my upper back but it is all the way toward the middle to top part and heart bearing fast
