I Am Having Aches,sounds In My Stomach And Also Shortness

I am having aches,sounds in my stomach and also shortness of breath which i never had before and accumulation of water near the abdominal region...i used to have a feeling of fullness and huge fatigue all day and loss of appetite...i lost probably 8 kgs of my weight...my report says i have mildly enlarged liver.. wot sud i do ?? Advice
