I Am Having Acid Reflex. Threw Up Twice In The

I am having acid reflex. Threw up twice in the night. And I continue to have a bad taste in my mouth like a rubber balloon or skunk. Very shakey at least twice a day. Just started omeprazole. Dr took blood for testing for a stomach infection. Been sick for over couple of weeks. Having pains in my upper back from gas I'm assuming. Am I on the right track? Can the med make me shakey?
