I Am Having All 4 Of My Wisdom Teeth Removed

I am having all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at 8am tomorrow. I used to use methamphetamine about a year ago for 3 months, and then quit. I relapsed last week, and used today, and I'm worried about being sedated (for the first time ever) while having it in my system. I absolutely do not want to reschedule for personal reasons, could you explain some risks and suggestions?
