I Am Having An MRI Tomorrow Morning. While I Don't

I am having an MRI tomorrow morning. While I don't have any outstanding allergies I am having a little seasonal congestion. Is there any reason to NOT take a Sudafed before the MRI. I have had them before with and without contrast . Never had any problem and am not afraid of them. I just don't want to have a coughing fit right in the middle of it.
