I Am Having An Adverse Reaction To Amoxicillin For A

I am having an adverse reaction to amoxicillin for a bacterial infection while I am 14 weeks pregnant. My body is very warm but I am shivering even after I took shot shower. I have taken amoxicillin before and never had side effects. Can I take Tylenol to reduce the fever?
