I Am Having An Intermittent Burning Sensation Inside Vaginal Walls

I am having an intermittent burning sensation inside vaginal walls for the last week and a half and very little discharge that that i had to wipe hard for and smells spoiled or foul and my vagina seems to be dry to where there isn't any discharge at all. My cycle started yesterday which is my normal time to start but it seems watery and also foul smelling. This is not normal for me. I noticed the difference and smell a day or two after sex. I haven't noticed any other symptoms. I did test neg for chlamydia and gonorrhea. I had a culture sent today for any bacteria but it will come back on a week. The NP wouldn't do a thin prep to see if there were any abnormality because of me having my period.
