I Am Having Another Flare Up Of Crohns And It

I am having another flare up of crohns and it has been advised to take 6mg of busesonide for 4 weeks and decrease to 3mg for two weeks. I have completed the 4 week dose, however my flare is still bad. As I am going on holiday in a weeks time can I increase my dose to 9 mg before I go away?
