I Am Having Belly Pain Sore Nipples Diarrhea And A

I am having belly pain sore nipples diarrhea and a white milky discharge. Today the discharge changed to a clumpy white with no smell. My belly pains are like my period but a little more painful..but not labor pains.. I know how they feel this pain is mild compared to labor.this pain also into mylower back.. is there a chance I am pergent?
