I Am Having Bleeding, Cramping, Clotting Along With Lower Back

I am having bleeding, cramping, clotting along with lower back pain. I had a hysteroscopy and two polyps were removed. The next day I started my period with the above mentioned symptoms. I am also scheduled for a euro dynamics test next week because my bladder in not emptying. What could all this be leading to?
