I Am Having Bouts Of Fatigue And My Diastolic Blood

I am having bouts of fatigue and my diastolic blood pressure runs round 55 to 60 and the systolic varies from 130 to 90. I take eye drops 2 x per day for glaucoma and I take blood pressure medicine for my blood pressure.
I also have cysts in my thyroid. I am a very active 71 year old and am busy all day long but recently just want to go sit down all the time.
