I Am Having Brown Discharge Just After 5th Day My

I am having brown discharge just after 5th day my menses ended. My doctor ask me for urine pregnancy test. It came positive. Than i did HCG test, it says 4 to 5 week pregnancy. Than i went through ectopic pregnancy ultrasound. It says no extra or intra utrine pregnancy found.please reply.i m having still brown discharge last6 days
