I Am Having Chest Pain/ Tightness And Trouble Breathing Very

I am having chest pain/ tightness and trouble breathing very well it sort of feels a bit like pressure so im breathing fast and feeling a little light headed, i started taking effexor for my anxiety/ depression 2 weeks ago and read it could be a side effect.... I checked my heart rate yesterday and it was 99 and now it 113.. i am 21 and female... should i be concerned??
