I Am Having 'cold Flashes'. I Have FM And Secondary

I am having 'cold flashes'. I have FM and secondary adrenal insufficiency . Still have one ovary . Not having hot flashes after going off hormone therapy months ago. I am in the process of quitting smoking after being a smoker for thirty years. No fever. My endo checked my pituitary gland a year ago.( blood test and scan) And though I'm thin my thyroid has checked out fine. Any ideas where to start? Thanks.
