I Am Having Delayed Reactions Since Receiving Cancer Treatment 2

I am having delayed reactions since receiving cancer treatment 2 years ago. Chemo brain, loss of hearing in one ear, vision problems in one eye, and difficulty finding/writing correct words. Is it normal to have these problems after treatment with Adrimicin/Cytoxin and Taxol treatment. They seem to be getting worse instead of better over time.
