I Am Having Difficulty With Speaking Because Of A Problem

I am having difficulty with speaking because of a problem on the left side of my throat. My throat is not sore and I do not have a cold or bronchitis. But there seems to be a blockage that makes it hard to talk. I have a dry cough often and sometimes have a problem swallowing.
