I Am Having Dizziness Off And On For The Past

I am having dizziness off and on for the past several months it is worse when I lie down or turn my head side to side. I stay tired all the time and sleepy no matter how much sleep I get I'm still sleepy dull ache sometimes on my left side head and face . I have had a lot of drainage for the last two weeks. I feel like I'm in a fog.
