I Am Having Dry Cough Since Last 2 Days ,

I am having dry cough since last 2 days , while coughing i am having severe pain in my right arm. Today morning , I extracted thick mucous while coughing. Here in haridwar , the weather is cold. The paint in right arm while coughing is a new observation for me. so can you guide me an appropriate course of action
