I Am Having Dull Pain Almost Stiffness In My Lower

I am having dull pain almost stiffness in my lower back (both sides) pain radiating around to the front (almost feels like there is a knot under my stomach when I sit) pain in this area is mild but radiates to the groin a bit and have felt dizziness earlier this evening. Wondering if this something significant I should worry about
