I Am Having Explosive Diarrhea. I Am Taking Meds For

I am having explosive diarrhea. I am taking meds for my type 2 diabetes, could this be the problem maker?
Also, on occasion I have diarrhea leakage while sleeping.
Occassional lower intestine aches usually after bowl movements.
Rarely do I have noral bowl movements any more. No blood, but almost sheer liquid and violent eliminations.
