I Am Having Extreme Itching In My Neck And Some

I am having extreme itching in my neck and some part of my scalp. There are red patches over my neck and some parts of my head. I have been suffering from it for past few weeks. I consulted few doctors but the situation didn't change. I even shaved my head to reduce itching, but no use. This itching is killing me. Please help
