I Am Having Extreme Pain Starting On Both Sides Of

I am having extreme pain starting on both sides of my neck to my throat (it burns in the morning and when I eat) esophagus and pressure down my sternum . I am a PO 5 months patient of neck fusion . Surgeon says not sure what my problem is but X-rays and hardware look fine and he dismissed me.. I went to the ER they ruled out my heart and lungs and all bloodwork is normal. Please help
