I Am Having Extreme Toe Spasms And It Looks Like

I am having extreme toe spasms and it looks like my toes are deformed and the pain shoots right up my left leg. Tow weeks ago I had a piece of glass lodged in the side of my foot and I walked on it for a week because I did not know there was glass, so my doctor froze my foot to get the glass out and this was two weeks ago and he put me on antibiotics, but the pain from that needle was so unbearable that they heard me scream in the waiting room, please what is going on? the cramped toes I have had off and on for two years and I have protruding varicose veins in that leg
