I Am Having Foot Pain, Right Foot Only. Across The

I am having foot pain, right foot only. Across the top of my foot & big toe. Swelling redness & what appears to be small blood vessels that could be broken(bruising maybe), one of those looks like it might have a small pimple like thing & possibly a trashy appearance on other parts of foot. Very tender to touch.
