I Am Having Gallbladder Attacks Or What I Assume They

I am having gallbladder attacks or what I assume they are meaning if it was my heart it would surely killed me by now, ultra sound says they can't find it and cats an says contracted. It shows remote granulousous disease and May-Thurner syndrome I was offered upper GI next I can't do this much longer.
