I Am Having Gastric Bypass Tomorrow. I Take Oxycodone 5

I am having gastric bypass tomorrow. I take oxycodone 5 mg 2 to 3 times aday also apain patch I change every 3 days fentanyl 50 mcg my surgeon has perscribed hydrocodone bitartrate acetaminophen oral, after I come home am I suppose to stop my medicines thru the pain clinic, also should I call the pain clinic to let them know this?
