I Am Having High Stomach Pains, Severity Of My Pain

I am having high stomach pains, severity of my pain comes in waves. Started yesterday afternoon and has not subsided. Have had bowel movements, but have not been able to eat much as my pain increases shortly after I eat. Can you pinpoint what this could be?
