I Am Having Inguinal Hernia In My Scrotum Over Right

I am having inguinal hernia in my scrotum over right side doctor has advised me for a surgery for both sides but I have problem over right side only then I consulted another surgeon and he advised me that there is no need of surgery of both sides as I have problem only right side only please suggest me what should I do
