I Am Having Irritation In Right Side Of The Throat

I am having irritation in right side of the throat and ear.I consult with an ent specialist.after checking she referred me to a dentist.After taking x-ray she is telling my lower wisdom teeth are impacted and upper one is hitting gum of lower wisdom.She advised to remove upper one first.I got it remove a week ago.but still ear itching and throat irritation exists.Please help
