I Am Having Issues With Urine Frequency. I Have Been

I am having issues with urine frequency. I have been urinating every 30-45 minutes for the last 4 days. normally I urinate once every 1-2 hours. I am up anywhere between 2-6 times a night almost always. I have been tested for diabetes earlier this year and the results were negative. I have a 20oz soda about once a week and i about 32oz of tea a week. Outside of that i always drink water but still not the recommended amount do to urinating so much. i am generally fairly well hydrated. I am not experiencing any abdominal pain but i suffer from chronic back pain so I wouldnt notice lower back pain outside of the normal. There is no blood in my urine and it does not sting or burn when i urinate. My husband and i have been trying to conceive naturally also. But I cant remember if I had a cycle at the beginning of September like i should have because i seem to have forgotten to mark it down. Although i am a nurse, i'd like to know what your thoughts on the possibilities could be. What could be going on? And what do you suggest?
