I Am Having Itchy And Redness Around My Clitoris. Last

I am having itchy and redness around my clitoris. Last week it was very thick white discharge. I got a ph pill from Walgreens thinking my bacteria was off balance. I am also washing with a feminine wash. I now have clear discharge but its like water and it is getting my panty liner wet. It is also bleeding when I wipe after urinating. What is this?
