I Am Having Jaw/cheek Pain. Yesterday, The Dentist Improved My

I am having jaw/cheek pain. Yesterday, the dentist improved my bite (11:30 a.m. yesterday) since there was no infection or problems with the tooth (xrays taken) He said that the nerve may be inflamed and it may take a couple days to calm down. However, I still have throbbing pain and have taken my limit of both Tylenol and Ibuprofen. I have Tramadol at home but hesitate to take it. Of course it is the weekend now. Any suggestions?
