I Am Having Joint Pain: Knees, Elbows, Wrist And Finger

I am having joint pain: Knees, elbows, wrist and finger tips (more like my nails). My forearms are itching. My finger tips/nails are tender to the touch. My toes feel the same --nail tips. I feel itchy all over primarily limbs.
8 days ago had to hold a BM and ever since I have felt bloated and uncomfortable. Soft stool.... no fever, belly cramping at times around gall bladder area (had gall bladder removed 2010) and stomach and pelvic area.
