I Am Having Like Back Rumbling?? And My Stomach Hurts..

I am having like back rumbling?? And my stomach hurts.. like at the bottom of it and I am having back pain, nausea, cramps, and today a little after imtercorse I am spotting.. I am at the end of my implinon and I am not sure when i am supposed to get it taken out.. not even sure if I am past the day.. but anyways, if I sit an awkward way then my stomach craps up.. and having SHARP pains in my ribs.???...
