I Am Having Lots Of Nose Bleeds. Lots Of Clots

I am having lots of nose bleeds. Lots of clots when I tit my head back and spit out.they last 10min and is a fast dripping. My nose aches. Almost like if u have a bruise and you touch it. It feels like that type of pain constantly. Light hurts my eyes.
