I Am Having Lower Back Pain. It Feels As Though

I am having lower back pain. It feels as though the pain starts in my tailbone, but I am also hurting in my right hip, lower spine, and right leg. It gets worse when I drive and actually when I lean to my left side ( while sitting) I can feel the blood flowing on that side like it was being cut off. I was told a year ago it was arthritis ( I am 36) not so sure.
