I Am Having Lower Back Pain L4-l5 Disc Problem Wherein

I am having lower back pain l4-l5 disc problem wherein the pain radiates from buttock to the leg....Last 2 yrs I have been managing with pain killer Nucoxia Mr and some exercises. Today it is very Acute. Can I continue taking this Nucoxia Mr? What are the side effects?What else can be done for these pain?
